1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Prompts and traits: text you enter to describe a persona or image.
• Templates and references: the template or persona image you choose for generation.
• Account information: email address and encrypted password credential if you sign up.

Information collected automatically

• App code, device identifier, app version, platform, authentication tokens, and request metadata.
• Creation task status, credit usage, purchase records, VIP status, and service logs.
• IP address, timezone, language, and error information used for reliability and abuse prevention.

2. Creation Data

When you tap Create, Velvet Persona sends the prompt, selected template or reference image, generation settings, and account/device context required to create the requested result and manage credits.

Persona names, traits, local image ordering, and avatar choices are stored in the app on this device. Generated results may also be stored as service resources so the app can display, save, or reuse them as references.

We do not use your reference images, generated images, templates, or prompts for model training, advertising, resale, analytics profiling, or unrelated data analysis.

3. How We Use Information

• To generate requested persona images and show task progress and results.
• To let you continue from a persona image, save images, set avatars, or delete records.
• To maintain credits, purchase history, VIP benefits, and account state.
• To prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

Velvet Persona does not sell, rent, trade, or disclose your personal data for independent third-party use. Creation data is processed only to fulfill the generation you request and operate related account, storage, payment, and security features.

Apple processes Apple In-App Purchases. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.

5. Permissions

• Photo library: used when you select a reference image or save a generated result.
• Camera: used only if you choose to capture an image in a supported flow.
• Network: required for generation, uploads, results, account state, and purchases.

6. Retention, Deletion, and Choices

• You can delete a single local image record or delete a persona and its local image records.
• You can manage photo and camera permissions from device settings.
• You can request account deletion from Profile when signed in.
• Security, purchase, and audit records may be retained as required for disputes, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service integrity.

7. IDFA and App Tracking Transparency Choices

• Velvet Persona follows Apple's App Tracking Transparency requirements for IDFA advertising tracking.
• When iOS shows the ATT prompt, you can choose Ask App Not to Track.
• To change this later, open iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• Turn off tracking for Velvet Persona, or turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track for all apps.

8. Persona, Creation, and Device Choices

• You choose the traits, prompts, templates, and reference images used for supported creation flows.
• You can delete a single generated image record or delete a full persona and its local image records.
• Velvet Persona does not use prompts, reference images, or generated images for model training, advertising, resale, profiling, or unrelated analytics.
• You can manage photo library and camera permissions in iOS Settings. Some creation or save features may not work if permissions are disabled.

9. Account Deletion and Data Export

• App path for account deletion: open Profile > Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
• Email path for account deletion: email the privacy contact below with the subject Velvet Persona Account Deletion Request.
• Data export path: email the privacy contact below with the subject Velvet Persona Data Export Request.
• Include the email address used in the app and a brief description of the data request. Do not send passwords or payment card details.
• Security, purchase, and audit records may be retained as needed for fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, and service integrity.

10. GDPR, CCPA, and Regional Rights

• European Union, EEA, UK, and Swiss users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent under GDPR-style rights.
• California users may request access, deletion, correction, portability, and information about categories of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA.
• Velvet Persona does not sell personal information. If a future practice is treated as selling or sharing under California law, we will provide the required opt-out method.
• Users outside those regions may still contact us with privacy questions, account deletion requests, or data export requests.
