Terms of Use

1. Service Description

Velvet Persona lets you create AI persona images using persona traits, templates, prompts, and reference images. A persona may contain multiple local image records. You can create again from a finished image, set an image as avatar, save an image, or delete image records in supported app flows.

The app may store persona metadata locally on your device and may store generated result resources so the result can be displayed, saved, or reused as a reference.

2. Accounts, Credits, and Purchases

Velvet Persona may create a device account and may allow email sign-in. Credits and VIP benefits are used inside Velvet Persona for eligible creation features. Apple In-App Purchases are handled by Apple and may be subject to Apple policies and applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for reviewing purchase details before confirming payment.

3. User Content

You are responsible for prompts, traits, reference images, and other content you submit or generate through Velvet Persona ("User Content"). You retain rights you have in your User Content.

By submitting content, you grant Velvet Persona the limited permission needed to process, store, display, save, and deliver the requested generation and related account features.

Do not submit content you do not have the right to use, content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights, or content that is unlawful, abusive, exploitative, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise unsafe.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use Velvet Persona to violate laws, rights, or platform policies.
• Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass security controls.
• Do not submit malware, automated abuse, spam, or harmful content.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent generated content in a deceptive or unlawful way.
• Do not use generated results for decisions requiring legal, medical, financial, or professional judgment.

5. Results and Availability

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for your intended use. Velvet Persona may refuse, cancel, retry, remove, or limit tasks when needed for safety, abuse prevention, reliability, legal compliance, or policy enforcement.

Deleting a local persona or image removes supported local records from the app on that device. It does not necessarily remove every server log, purchase record, security record, or resource retained for lawful operational purposes.

6. Account Deletion and Data Export

• App path for account deletion: open Profile > Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
• Email path for account deletion: email the contact address below with the subject Velvet Persona Account Deletion Request.
• Data export path: email the contact address below with the subject Velvet Persona Data Export Request.
• Include the email address used in the app and a brief description of the data request. Do not send passwords or payment card details.
• Security, purchase, and audit records may be retained as needed for fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, and service integrity.

7. GDPR, CCPA, and Regional Rights

• European Union, EEA, UK, and Swiss users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent under GDPR-style rights.
• California users may request access, deletion, correction, portability, and information about categories of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA.
• Velvet Persona does not sell personal information. If a future practice is treated as selling or sharing under California law, we will provide the required opt-out method.
• Users outside those regions may still contact us with privacy questions, account deletion requests, or data export requests.

8. Privacy, Termination, and Changes

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and your choices. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms were violated or the app is being used unlawfully. We may update these Terms when the app, service, or legal requirements change.
